Org-Wide Deployment

To ensure every team member has immediate access to the Doti Browser Extension, Google Workspace admins can deploy it automatically to all managed users.

This method ensures:

• ✅ No need for individual installations

• ✅ Consistent setup across the company

• ✅ Smooth onboarding and faster usage

What You’ll Need

• Google Workspace Admin access

• The Chrome Extension ID for Doti

• The Chrome Web Store URL for the extension

• Organizational units (OUs) defined (if needed for scoped rollouts)

Step-by-Step: Deploying Doti Org-Wide

1. Go to the Admin Console - admin.google.com

2. Navigate to:

Devices → Chrome → Apps & Extensions → Users & Browsers

3. Select Organizational Unit

Choose the OU where you want to deploy the extension (e.g., "All users", "GTM", etc.)

4. Click the “Add” button

Then choose “Add from Chrome Web Store”

5. Search for Doti and Add

Search for “Doti AI”, or paste the direct extension link:

Click Select → then choose Force install + Pin to toolbar (recommended for seamless rollout).

6. Save Changes

Click Save in the top-right corner. Deployment may take up to 15 minutes to propagate.

What Happens Next?
