What Is a Memo?
A Memo is a lightweight way to record a knowledge nugget - what we call a Dot.

You can create a Memo anywhere in Slack using:
/doti memo [your message]

Where Does It Go?
When you submit a Memo, Doti will ask where to save it:
Personal Dot - Only visible to you
Public Dot - Available to everyone in the org
Agent-specific - Scoped to an agent (e.g., Sales Agent, Legal Agent)
This gives you flexibility: save personally, share widely, or assign to relevant agents for context-aware answers later on.
