• Personal Dot - Only visible to you

• Public Dot - Available to everyone in the org

• Agent-specific - Scoped to an agent (e.g., Sales Agent, Legal Agent)

This gives you flexibility: save personally, share widely, or assign to relevant agents for context-aware answers later on.
